Side Effects is a trio of local musicians who perform acoustic rock, country and blues. The band has been entertaining throughout Central Ohio for the past several years and have developed a loyal fanbase. The band consists of lead vocalist Lew Sleeman who appeared as a solo artist for a few years before becoming lead vocalist for the Kokosing Surf Club and later Side Effects.

Guitarist and vocalist Rick Keaton has performed with multiple bands in the Columbus area.

Kevin Mishey plays guitar and vocals and has performed with various local bands including Apricot Brandy, TJ Lewis Blues Review, Darke Horse, and most recently KRSC alongside Lew Sleeman.

Rounding out the acoustic band is sound tech Mitch Simpson.
